Terms of Service
The rules that govern your use of Weurkico, the verification layer for AI-built software.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Weurkico ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Weurkico platform, including our website, dashboards, verification services, and reports (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Weurkico is a verification platform for AI-built software. You submit applications or code produced with AI tools; we run automated verification, AI-assisted analysis, and - depending on your plan - escalation to vetted human reviewers. Each run produces a production-readiness verdict and a verification report.
The Service is a subscription product. Expert review is an integrated escalation layer of the platform, not a freelance marketplace: there is no bidding, hiring, or per-task contracting.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Email verification is required before accessing the application. Accounts that remain unverified may be restricted or removed.
- Company accounts are for organizations; individual accounts are for personal use. You must have authority to bind the entity you register for.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or other users.
4. Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. A free trial may be offered; unless canceled before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
- Enterprise plans are governed by a separate order form or agreement which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
5. Verification credits
Verification work is metered in credits. A typical verification run consumes one credit; larger or deeper scopes may consume more, based on the actual work performed. Your plan includes a monthly quota, and additional credit packs can be purchased. Purchased pack credits expire twelve months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit code you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious;
- attempt to probe, attack, or overload the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- misuse the verification process (for example, resubmitting trivial variations to exhaust quotas or harass reviewers);
- misrepresent verification outcomes to third parties (for example, presenting a report as a guarantee or a certification it is not);
- reverse-engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
7. Your applications and code
You retain all rights to the code and applications you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, analyze, and process your submissions solely to provide the Service (verification, analysis, reporting, and - where enabled - human review).
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the code, including any third-party or customer code it contains. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or personal data inside your submissions.
8. Reports and verdicts - advisory nature
Verification reports and verdicts are professional assessments, not guarantees. A "production-ready" verdict means our verification did not identify blocking issues within the performed scope - it does not certify that software is free of defects, vulnerabilities, or regulatory issues. You remain responsible for decisions to ship, deploy, or rely on verified software.
Reports may be shared with your clients or auditors. They must not be altered in a way that misrepresents their content, and they should be presented with their stated scope and limitations.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its verification methodology, software, design, and branding, is owned by Weurkico and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service for its intended purpose - no ownership is transferred. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your submissions and reports as confidential. Access is limited to the automated pipeline and - where your plan includes human review - to vetted reviewers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your code or use it to train models for other customers.
10.1 Personnel and reviewer obligations
Weurkico engineers, reviewers, and staff may access client submissions, source code, findings, and reports only on cases assigned to them, only to the extent required to perform their review duties, and only through the platform. Access is scoped, logged, and audited: sensitive actions - including report downloads and source-code viewing - are recorded with the actor, the case, and the timestamp.
- Reviewers are bound by strict confidentiality and acceptable-use obligations; they may not retain, copy, reproduce, or reuse client materials for any purpose outside the assigned review.
- Any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, distribution, or other exposure of client data - including submissions, source code, findings, reports, or any Weurkico internal information - by a reviewer, engineer, or staff member constitutes a material breach of these Terms and of their engagement agreement.
- Such breach results in immediate suspension and termination of access and engagement, and may give rise to legal proceedings, including injunctive relief, recovery of damages, and - where applicable - referral to the competent authorities.
If you suspect misuse of your data, contact us immediately at security@weurkico.com.
11. Data protection
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
12. Term and termination
- These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or risk to the platform, with notice where practicable.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends; billing stops at the end of the paid period. Sections that by nature survive (reports, liability, IP, confidentiality) remain in effect.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weurkico is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or production incidents), and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice (in-product or by email). Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
